This thoughtfully designed first floor apartment combines modern amenities with tropical flair, ensuring a stay that’s both comfortable and convenient that can sleep 5 persons, children under 5 are not included in the count once comfortable sharing. Our spacious, air-conditioned family-style bedrooms offer comfort and convenience and designed for families comfortable sharing .

Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and Bedroom 2 offers a queen and single bed. Bedroom 2, accessible is through Bedroom 1. This layout gives family a peace of mind knowing that the children are close whilst offering privacy.

The apartment’s decor, bringing a splash of color and nature’s charm into every room, inspired by The Royal Tern Bird, a vibrant and beautiful species found on Courland Bay's sandy stretch.

This Apartment can be converted into a 1 bedroom unit.

This elevated private patio, offers seating for 5 with 2 private loungers perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a nap.. The patio overlooks our Saltwater Pool and panoramic views of Courland Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

The apartment features an open-plan living , kitchen and dining area:

Living Room: A comfortable 2-piece sofa with a Smart TV and coffee table
Dining Area: A dining table for five
Kitchen: Fully equipped : glass-ceramic stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with a full range of cookware and tableware, serving for 6.
Dish Soap, Dish cloths, Kitchen Towels and Child-friendly dishes and bowls are also provided.

2 Family Style Bedrooms

The spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms are designed with comfort for families accommodate five persons. Children under 5 are not counted .

Booking Information

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

To begin your booking, please contact us via Inquiry Form, WhatsApp or Email with the following information:

Your Full Name
Desired Dates of Stay or the Number of Nights
Number of Adults and Children (and the Ages of Children, if applicable)
The Unit you're interested in (or we can suggest one based on the number of people)
Your Contact Information (Email Address and Phone Number)

Once we receive your information, we will send you a confirmation email with:

Availability details
Cost breakdown
Discounted Rates (where applicable)
Our Rental Agreement

Cancellation Policy and Transfer of Dates

Cancellation at least 60-40 days before the booked arrival date will result in a full refund.
Cancellation 39 - 15 days before booked arrival date will result in the loss of the 20% down payment or Incidental Fee
Cancellation within 14 days of the booked arrival date will result in loss of all deposits made.

. A change fee of 300 TTD will be applied for change of dates to bookings during Christmas and Easter.

Transfer of Dates at Discount Prices or Social Media Promotions: If you wish to transfer dates at Advertised discounted Rates via Social Media Platforms will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis and is only applicable during May to June or September to November. A TRANSFER FEE OF 400 TTD will be applied. Other terms and conditions may be applied to seasonal social media discounted rates/ specials or packages.

For Trinidad and Tobago Bookings:

Step 1: To Reserve

20% down payment is required to secure your booking.
The Property Manager will provide payment details. Dates will be temporarily held for 24-48 hours while you make the down payment.
Once the payment is made, please send a copy of the deposit along with a signed Rental Agreement and Guest Information Document to the Property Manager.

A confirmation email will be sent after the down payment is received.

Step 2: Final Payment

The remaining 80% balance is due 7 business days before check-in, along with the Refundable Incidental Fee.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

For International Bookings

Step 1: To Reserve

To secure your booking, an Incidental Fee payment is required.
The Property Manager will provide payment details. Dates will be temporarily held for 24-48 hours while you make the payment.
After payment, a signed copy of the Rental Agreement and Guest Information Document must be sent to us.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

Step 2 : Final Payment

The full payment is due 7 business days before check-in or on arrival.
A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is received

Incidental Fees are considered any extra costs or charges that are not a part of your main bill.
The Incidental Fees cover:

1. Any damages done to Pride of Courland’s apartments/villa and the surroundings. This includes the Electronic Main Gate, Beach Gate, Garage, Pool, Garden, Furnishings and Fittings and all contents of each apartment. This is refundable once nothing is broken or damaged in said villa or compound. It will be refunded within four (4) working days after checking out, once housekeeping is completed and subject to property being returned in good order.

2. Overcrowding or abuse of the property will result in eviction from the premises without reimbursement of rental and forfeit of incidental fee. Only guests registered during booking can stay overnight on the property. Should you have visiting guests overnighting and exceeding the apartment capacity, you will be evicted, and your rental and Incidental Fee forfeited.

3. If you decide to vacate the premises before your check out date you will be charged for the use of the property for that day or any part thereof.

4. Damages done by Invited Guests will be covered by booking personnel.

5. Any damages exceeding the Incidental Fee, WILL BE COVERED by the booking personnel.

This is refundable once nothing is broken or damaged in said villa or compound. It will be refunded within 2-4 business days ( once paid by Bank Transfer) and within 7 business days ( once paid by Credit Card) after check out once housekeeping is completed and subject to property being returned in good order.
