How To Book With Us

·

Our booking process consists of 3 steps:

 

Step 1:

 

  • .Call, What’s App, Inbox us, or Reserve your proposed arrival date and number of nights you would like to stay

 

  • Confirmation of REQUESTED DATES will be provided. 

 

  •      Our Terms and conditions will be sent via email.  An electronic signature on our contract is required stating that you agree to our terms and conditions and or a confirmation email must be sent stating that you agree to our terms and conditions.  This includes our incidental charges. A printed copy of the terms and conditions will be provided upon check in for you to sign.

Step 2: 

​

  • To secure your booking 20% DOWNPAYMENT is required .This can be done  via online bank transfer or credit card (processing fee attached). This information will be provided to you by the Property Manager. This down payment is  REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 40 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN,  The down payment is TRANSFERABLE for a later date and is valid up to 1 YEAR. ( This must be done at least 30 days before check in date. If transfer is requested less than 30 days a fee of 300 TTD will be deducted from your down payment)

  •  

  • A picture of the deposit MUST BE SENT to the property manager.

  •  

  • A message will be sent confirming receipt of payment and confirmation of booking dates..

 

Step 3:

Remaining 80 % is due 3 BUSINESS DAYS before check in

 

  • ·        Payment of remaining balance must be made along with incidental charges (1 nights stay additional).

  •  

  • ·        Confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received

 Check in

  • ·        Upon check-in all persons staying on the premises MUST sign into our GUEST LOGBOOK.

  • Name, A form of Identification, Date, Address, and Apartment being rented must be entered into this book.  Adults must sign for minors.

  • Any visiting guests MUST sign into our Visiting Guest Logbook with their Name, A form of Identification, Date, Address, and Apartment being visited.

Cancellation Policy 
 

1. Cancellation at least 60 - 49  days before the booked arrival date will result in a full refund.

​

2. Cancellation 40 - 15 days before booked arrival date will result in the loss of the 20% down payment.

​

3. Cancellation within 14 days of the booked arrival date will result in loss of all deposits made.

​

4. Down Payments are  TRANSFERABLE for a later date and is valid up to 1 YEAR. ( This must be done at least 30 days before check in date. If transfer is requested less than 30 days a fee of 300 TTD will be deducted from your down payment).

Incidental Charges 

 Incidental Fees are considered any extra costs or charges that are not a part of your main bill. This is an ADDITONAL 1 NIGHT'S STAY.

This is refundable once nothing is broken or damaged in said villa or compound. It will be refunded within four (4) working days after check out, once housekeeping is completed and subject to property being returned in good order.

The Incidental Fees cover:

1. Any damages done to Pride of Courland’s apartments/villa and the surroundings. This includes the Electronic Main Gate, Beach Gate, Garage, Pool, Garden, Furnishings and Fittings and all contents of each apartment.

 ie burn marks on any surface (including stoves, pots pans etc), ink stains, hair dye stains on any surface, paint, food stains, wine stains, bodily fluids ( blood, vomit etc),  moldy food left in pots/dishes etc , broken furniture and fittings. Please note that you will be billed ( cost and shipping fees) for any items missing from the apartments. This will be deducted from the incidental Charges made.

Please report any breakage/damage to management.

2.  Overcrowding or abuse of the property will result in eviction from the premises without reimbursement of rental and forfeit of incidental fee. Only guests registered during booking can stay overnight on the property. Should you have visiting guests overnighting and exceeding the apartment capacity, you will be evicted, and your rental and Incidental Fee forfeited.

3.  If you decide to vacate the premises before your check out date you will be charged for the use of the property for that day or any part thereof. 

​

4. The 20 % down payment is NON REUNDABLE once you have checked in .

Please note that while there is a four legged friend residing on the property, she prefers to keep to herself once guests are around so as not to disturb them.  She is not in the habit of visiting any of the guest apartments. In case of severe dog allergies, please contact us so we can arrange a special anti allergen deep cleaning.
