• Gate remote and keys will be provided to you upon your arrival. If lost, security deposit will be forfeited.

• Internet password will be given upon arrival.

​

• All Air Conditioning units are to be turned OFF when not in use or when guests are leaving premises. Each room has its own remote.

​

• Doors and windows are to be kept closed when Air Conditioning units are in use.

​

• Ensure that all appliances are turn off when not in use.  

​

• There is NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

​

• Guests MUST shower before entering pool. DO NOT WASH SAND OFF FEET AT POOL’S INFINITY EDGE!  

​

• NO glass allowed in or around pool area.

​

• Beach gate MUST be locked by 9 pm daily.

​

• Guests are NOT to displace furniture or fittings.

​

• Guests are  NOT to interfere with the internet/cable boxes. In the event of an issue, please notify management.

​

• Guests are NOT to adjust the refrigerator settings. DO NOT overstuff the refrigerator, leave vents at the back clear.

​

•  Use of outdoor BBQ  pits or STOVES is NOT permitted on the premises, except for the use of electric grills which are provided.

​

• NO fireworks or explosives are to be BROUGHT or USED on compound.

​

• Hunting wild or domesticated animals and foraging of fruits and herbs on or around the property is forbidden. 

​

• Guests are asked to be mindful that there may be other guests on the compound and to exercise due consideration.

​

• In the event of damage to the property, furniture or fixtures you are fully liable for the cost of each item and your security deposit will be taken.

​

• Illegal substances are not allowed on premises.

​

• Overcrowding or abuse of the property will result in EVICTION from the premises with no reimbursement of rental or damage deposit fee. All invited guests MUST leave by 10 pm.

​

• Only PAYING guests can overnight on the property. Should you be found  having UNPAID overnight guests, guest can be EVICTED or a fee of 100 USD per person will be charged.

• ​

• Management must be informed if there will be invited guests on the property. (Full names of each invited guest must be given to management). All invited guests must leave the compound by 10 pm. There must NOT be more than 5 invited guests. 

​

• Guests are asked to be TOTALLY prepared for check out. Inventory will be conducted before your departure to ensure all fixtures and furniture are in exact order as when first arrived. Guests who have overstayed after check-out time will be charged an additional night's rental. 

​

• Ample parking is provided for all our guests, we ask that all guests of guests be mindful that parking is shared amongst the apartments and to park with other guests in mind.

 

MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ONE’S SELF, PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VEHICLE.
